Academic Outreach is Ella's first officer position. When asked why she chose this position, she said, "Academic Outreach would allow me to work closely with OSU STEM Academy and youth outreach, which aligns perfectly with my values and personal/career goals going into education." Ella is most excited to connect with her sisters through youth outreach and encourage them to inspire the next generation of young scientists!

Academic Success is Bella's first officer position. When asked why she chose her position, she said, "As someone who’s attended 4 different colleges, including Oregon State, I have a deep understanding of the various struggles my sisters may go through during the school year regarding their academic success. I know that there are a variety of goals SDOs are looking to accomplish in their undergraduate career, and that they each may define academic success differently, so I want to supply them with the best resources and advice possible to facilitate the best versions of themselves academically!" Bella is most excited to study with her sisters this year, go through the big/little matching process, and serve as an officer alongside her big this year!

Campus Relations is Maddy's second officer position, as she served as our Sorority Affairs officer for the 25'-26' school year. When asked why she chose her position, she said, "I chose my position because it allows me to help my chapter integrate themselves into the IM community where they can build stronger bonds with each other and other OSU students!" Maddy is most excited to meet all of our new members in the fall and winter classes!

Community Outreach is Clara's first officer position. When asked why she chose to serve as our Community Outreach chair, she said, "I have always loved serving my community and giving back in any way I can, and this was the best way I felt I could make a difference in our community beyond SDO!" Clara is most excited to plan community service events that help others with her closest friends. 

Historian is Ciara's first officer position. When asked why she chose this position, she said, "I want to be able to capture the moments that make our sisterhood unique and preserve them for future member classes! I also want to be able to give all our future phoenixes a lovely ceremony to celebrate their time within our sisterhood." Ciara is most excited to meet all the potential new members and to spend time making memories with her sisters!

Membership Development is Eden's first officer position. When asked why she chose her position, she said, "I chose my position because I wanted to get more involved in the sorority with a leadership position and help develop our members both personally and professionally!" Eden is most excited to reunite with her sisters and get involved with all the fun events we have planned!

Philanthropy is Gerty's second officer position, as she served as the Public Relations chair for the '25-'26 school year. When asked why she chose to serve as our co-philanthropy chair, she said, "Philanthropy has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. From a young age, I have dedicated time to volunteering with nonprofit animal rescue organizations, and giving back to causes that make a meaningful impact has always been important to me. Having the opportunity to support even more organizations through SDO is something I am incredibly grateful for. As a woman in STEM, I also believe this program provides an opportunity to encourage the next generation to pursue their passions in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and so much more. Being able to contribute to both my community and the future of STEM is truly rewarding." Gerty is most excited to work alongside Ava as they continue to educate people about the OSU STEM Acadamy and all the work they do for our community!

Philanthropy is Ava's first officer position. When asked why she chose her position, she said, "I chose to run for co-philanthropy chair because it is one of my favorite aspects of our sorority! I love any opportunity to become more involved in the Corvallis community, and as philanthropy chair I am excited to watch all our girls participate in external events along with plan our own events." Ava is most excited to plan our philanthropy events and spend time with her big before she graduates!

Merchandise is Gwynn's first officer position. When asked why she chose her position, she said, "I’ve always loved making art and I thought I could bring a lot of new ideas and organization to this position!" Gwynn said she is most excited to see everyone in their Spring Retreat merch!

New Member Education is Taryn's first officer position! When asked why she chose this position, she said, "I chose this position because I wanted to create a positive and welcoming environment for all of the AMs as they are welcomed into SDO. I love to help and am so excited to help them on their journey to becoming full members." Taryn is most excited to participate in all the upcoming socials and create new memories. 

Recruitment is Kate's first officer position. When asked why she chose this position, she said, I love SDO so much and wanted to help people find a place in Greek Life that brings them as much joy as SDO brings me! At OSU if you are interested in Greek Life there is a place for you!! And I wanted to help people find it!!"  Kate is so excited to meet all the potential new members and to get to be a part of their journey here at Oregon State. 

Public Relations is Emma's first officer position. When asked why she chose her position Emma said, "I chose the position of Public Relations because I wanted to represent how confident, creative, smart, passionate and beautiful SDOs are! I love photography and being creative; I can’t wait to use these skills to create fun and engaging content for SDO." This year Emma is most excited for fall recruitment and connecting with the new members while building stronger connections with her sisters. 

Social is Bea's first officer position. When asked why she chose her position, she said, "I chose to run for the co-social chair position as I have loved socials and formals from the very beginning of my time in SDO. The opportunity to plan and execute exciting events for my favorite girls in the world with one of my most cherished friends, my co-chair Naiya, just absolutely delights me, and I am so thankful for this opportunity!". Bea is most excited to execute all the fun socials she and Naiya have planned for this school year!

Social is Naiya's first officer position. When asked why she chose her position, she said, "I chose social chair because I absolutely love planning and bringing people together. I was also so excited by the idea of getting to be creative and finding new themes and activities to bring to all of our amazing sisters!" Naiya is most excited to plan fun, goofy events with her co-chair, Beatrice, while getting to know her sisters better. 

Sorority Affairs is Kacy's second officer position, as she served as co-social chair alongside Penny for the '25-'26 school year. When asked why she chose Sorority Affairs, she said, "I wanted to be SDO's Sorority Affairs officer because sisterhood has always been one of the most meaningful parts of being in the sorority for me. After serving as Co-social Chair, I realized how much I love bringing people together and creating opportunities for everyone to connect and make memories. I wanted to carry that experience into a position where I could focus even more on strengthening our sisterhood and helping every member feel included, supported, and connected." Kacy is most excited to plan the sorority's 21st Founders Day celebration, meet all the new members, grow closer as a chapter, and make lasting friendships through our sisterhood.
