Academic Outreach Chair
Caitlin Mitchell
Academic Outreach is Caitlin's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Caitlin said: “I think helping girls discover their interests for STEM is very rewarding. STEM careers are historically male-dominated and its important to make sure these girls are inspired to pursue STEM in the future!” The aspect of her position Caitlin is most excited about is “to work with Jaymie, our Community Outreach officer, on AWSEM! We have so many fun ideas in the works!"
Academic Success Chair
Keegan Oakes
Academic Success is Keegan's first officer position. When asked why she chose their current position, Keegan said: “I love how big of a role academics play in the sorority, it was one of the big reasons I wanted to join SDO in the first place. I am beyond grateful to have the opportunity to help support and encourage our sisters through their academic journey!” The aspect of their position Keegan is most excited about is “to host some fun study events this year!"
Campus Relations Chair
Callie Umeda
Campus Relations is Callie's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Callie said: “I'm interested in promoting DEI to the sorority and I had so much fun participating in Greek Week my first year!” The aspect of her position Callie is most excited about is “Greek Week this year :)"
Community Outreach Chair
Jaymie Spano
Community Outreach is Jaymie's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Jaymie said: “I have always enjoyed helping others and my community. This was a position that I felt would fuel these passions and ultimately help me help others!” The aspect of her position Jaymie is most excited about is “periodic table of cookies, as it is an important part of this role. I am excited to make and decorate cookies with the sorority! I am also excited to work with Caitlin on AWSEM and discovery days!"
Historian
Meira Rice
Historian is Meira's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Meira said: “I wanted to help preserve the wonderful memories and history of SDO. There are so many incredible sisters and I want to make sure they all feel valued and like an integral part of our sorority.” The aspect of her position Meira is most excited about is “getting to take pictures at all of the events and ceremonies! I love photography so I’m excited to grow my skills!’" She would also like you to know that she is a Zoology major and is super pumped for this year!!
Membership Development
Allison Musgrave
Membership Development is Allison's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Allison said: “Our sorority has such a broad mix of majors and each individual sister has different goals for what they want to accomplish during their time at OSU and beyond. After getting help from others around the university and from other sisters in SDO, it really hit home for me how important it is to be able to know where to go to build on professional development skills and opportunities. I want to make sure members of SDO have access to opportunities where they can build on the skills they may need for the future and to learn more about where to go for support.” The aspect of her position Allison is most excited about is “getting to do fun workshops with members and doing joint workshops with other organizations."
Co-Philanthropy Chair
Madeline Leonard
Philanthropy is Madeline's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Madeline said: “I wanted to be more active in the sorority and interact with other chapters by promoting and attending their philanthropies. I also want more chapters to participate in our philanthropy by getting the word out there to help raise more money for a good cause!” The aspect of her position Madeline is most excited about is “working with Neera to come up with fun new philanthropy ideas for our chapter and to see what other chapters come up with. I'm excited to watch our sorority sisters crush the philanthropies and raise so much money!" She is so happy to be co-philanthropy chair and is ready to have a great year!

Neera Butani
Philanthropy is Neera's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Neera said: “I fell in love with the idea of being able to raise money for charitable causes, specifically the OSU STEM academy for us, in a fun way that engages our members as well as those from other chapters!” The aspect of her position Neera is most excited about is “to have the opportunity to plan our internal events! I also cannot wait to see our members engage with other chapters for a common goal!"
Merchandise Manager
Jess Kerr
Merchandise is Jess's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Jess said: “I love art/design! :)” The aspect of her position Jess is most excited about is “creating designs and working with the chapter to make things people will enjoy!"
New Member Education Chair
Anaïs Cahen
New Member Education is Anaïs's first officer position. When asked why she chose their current position, Anaïs said: “to improve the efficiency of the Big-Little matching process and implement solutions to other members concerns regarding the previous system.” The aspect of their position Anaïs is most excited about is “to get to know all the new members."
Recruitment Chair
Kaitlyn Loc
Recruitment is Kaitlyn's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Kaitlyn said: “I want others to know about Sigma Delta Omega! This sorority has led me towards a journey full of support and connections; I wish to share similar experiences with others.” The aspect of her position Kaitlyn is most excited about is “to meet new sisters and also challenge myself to be creative!"
Public Relations Chair
Claire Laville
Public Relations is Claire's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Claire said: “I love being in SDO and wanted to become more involved this year. I love building relationships with my sorority sisters and being creative so I thought public relations would be the perfect place for me. I also wanted to help keep our presence on social media active and up to date to get word out about our amazing family here.” The aspect of her position Claire is most excited about is “the collaborations with other officers. This summer I have had the best time working with my fellow officers to plan an amazing recruitment. I’m so excited to continue that and bring some really cool and fun ideas to our sorority while supporting my fellow officers and sisters when they need help!"

Adrienne Graf
Social is Adrienne's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Adrienne said: “I believe sisterhood bonding and connecting with other chapters is one of the most important aspects of Greek life. I would like to plan fun events where everyone can have a great time and meet new people!” The aspect of her position Adrienne is most excited about is “planning LOA and socials with other chapters with my co-chair Grace! Also meeting new people!" Adrienne would also like you to know that she is a nutrition major with a minor in chemistry. She hopes to go into nutritional epidemiology after college.

Social is Grace's first officer position. When asked why she chose her current position, Grace said: “I thought it would give me a great chance to get to know everyone in my sorority as well as people in different sections of Greek life. I'm really excited to get closer with everyone!” The aspect of her position Grace is most excited about is “to help plan each social with my co chair!" Grace would also like you to know she is from Dallas, TX and is majoring in biology with a marine biology option and minors in chemistry and toxicology. She is part of the honors college and hopes to study sharks in the future.
